Description
As much as I enjoy generating single layer, relatively raw or pure fractal patterns, I also equally enjoy making composite images using fractal and non-fractal patterns as elements. This image is one of the latter.
The sandy, coral fan-shaped pattern in the foreground is one Apophysis3D flame; the leafy pattern in the center backgound is another Apophysis3D flame. The leopard shark is a free 3ds model from Toucan, rendered in Bryce. Image composed in PSP.

This is a wonderfully composed image. I didn't see the shark at first, and thought of underwater scene. Couldn't figure out where the leopard came from. You are right full view is best, and the lighting is outstanding. Very nicely done!

Excellent work, in every respect..and a very beautiful composite. In my opinion, the final result is all that matters, in reference to layer work.
