It looks fantastic, from skin-texture to the pose with the cup of coffee!! For myself and the try with realism, I have given up to use very blue eyes for closeup renders, as this color kills the real effect much. From my experience hazel or grey-blue are best for reality. Perhaps you´ll try out ;-)
