“Why are you still here?” shouts Deputy Marshal Yumi Ishikawa as she takes aim at the enemy GLDs in the distance “Take that case with you and complete your mission!” she yells at the boy next to her. “We will hold the line here for you” she continues “Now get on that transport and get off this planet!” The boy turns to her and replies “But I cannot just leave you here to die. I can help…” Yumi interrupts “We ARE dead if you don’t move your butt! Now go!” she then turns to the green robot, next to her and shouts “Sid, I want you to go with Joseph and make sure he gets on that transport. O.K.!” Sid turns to her and replies “Yes ma’am”, Yumi continues. “Do not let him out of your sight for one moment! Now move out!” Sid gives her a salute then grabs Joseph, who is holding a dull white briefcase by the handle and begins to head toward the transport that has begun to land in the distance. “Hold on young sir” Sid tells Joseph as he begins to zigzag across the field, picking up speed. “They have to make it.” Yumi thinks as she takes cover from the volley of unfriendly laser blasts directed at her. “I will not let our way of life be destroyed on my watch” she thought as she returned fire. A voice came in over the COM link in Yumi’s ear. “Marshal, this is shuttle captain Rodriguez. We have the package. What are your orders?” he said as she breaths a sign of relief. “Get back to the Diablo and head to Tego. We will meet you all in Damnation and search for Joseph’s grandfather there.” She then continues “We will make our way to the pick-up area and leave out on the Revolution. God’s speed to you all.” She said as she turned away from the field of battle looking at the shuttle. “Alright, we’re out” the captain announced. “Diablo, this is Tango three-one-six, please prepare for our arrival.” He spoke as the they began to depart. “O.K. everybody, Elvis has left the building.” She announced over the COM link. “All forces fall back to rendezvous point delta for planet side extraction” she yelled as she opened fire, moving backward from the fray. “I know you are involved in this father” Yumi thought to herself as she mounted the mechanized vehicle that came along aside her. “I swear, by all that is holy, I will kill you for this. You and all of those lowlife “Ones” bastards you murdered mother for” A tear ran down her face as she holstered her weapons, “Damn!” she shouted out loud as she wiped her face. “I would never have believed that Vegas would fall” she said as she watched her troops pull out. “Let’s Go!” she said to the driver as she sat down in the chair. “Soon, very soon father, your head will belong to me for all of the hell that you have put me through.” She thought to herself as the vehicle moved toward the horizon, leading the pack away from the smoldering buildings of the King Jr. colony that was once her home.
