hehhe...Nice Idea Alex. The Material was a quick tute on how we could get the test images to render quicker as we have a reflective material that takes a damn long time to process. So I explained to Alex how we can replace the reflective value to a glow material & only where the reflective mat would show. This then meant setting the camera & positioning for objects could be done quicker & easier, allowing for test renders in the 3 minute timeframe as opposed to hours. Here Alex has taken the glow material with what looks like a reworked Sine function. Nice to see the addition of a second surface....but it looks a bit rustic.....Im currently working with Alex on this planet to see if we can create a flatter but sci-tech layer to compliment the whole image. - Nice shot & great use of meshes Alex. Do you use MJT (MojoTree), quick way to setup meshes but has shadow issues?!
