Description
This is a simple render testing the recent re-invention of Afrodita's textures. Please let me know just how lifelike she looks. My goal is to come up with something that could pass as a photo, or at least very nearly so.

Excellent Image. Superb Skin Textures, lighting and shadows

I would say to work on the eyes first off. Then, I don't know if you can create your own textures or not, but if you don't know how I'd recommend buying a very realistic skin texture. And last but not least, a lot of people don't realize how important lighting is... but it is VERY important. Try to use either an image-based lighting, or preferably an HDRI lighting. I normally don't give so much advice on people's images because some may take it as a bad critique... but since you asked I thought you probably really wanted the help. Have a great day, Angelluciano
