Description
Nothing like sitting on the porch in my rocker with my bowl and glass of Sargonan, watching the evening sky and the reflections on the still lake. A beautiful evening for my own reflections. Seton stopped by earlier said, "He had a feeling things were about get interesting." Asked if I had seen any of the dragons around lately. Told him that I had seen Fridge and Smidge headed south about month ago, probably going to visit Drac in the south. "Well that is normal at least", he replied and added, "I think trouble is coming but, I am not sure what it is." I told him to quit worrying about it, that I was sure we could handle what ever came, just as we always did. Then he started fretting about the new comers who crashed landed on the planet and had raised a village near the Sorygent Sea. I told him he worried way to much about things we had no control over. What were we suppose to do wipe them out cause they were new and different? He gave me a look like "do what" and then laughed when he saw I was not serious. Though we had discussed this with Grock and Meriwin and had decided that these new people were pretty much harmless and that the dragons seem to like them as friends, which Drac and his cousins had taken to Tilly Mae and Jill. So much, that they lived with them, when they were not out doing other things. Seton added that, this was good but what about the Otyans. I asked if he had seen any of them and he said not for a long time. Their city had been abandoned 100 years ago without a clue to where they went. So after quieting his fears, he went on home. But now, I too also started feeling like something was on the wind. It was just like Seton to pop in and sort of ruin a nice still evening with his worries. I think I'll
drop by the Otyans city tomorrow and snoop around a bit.
