Description

The One Seeing Eye is spoken of in whispers during clan gatherings. It is thought to be a most powerful and yet benevolent being. As with the Raven's Crest, stories about the One Seeing Eye abound in many of the cultures on the various planets in our universe. Much of what we know about the One Seeing Eye is taken from stories that have been passed down from generation to generation. This is because in some of these cultures there was no written history until the last few decades. This could be because story telling was the accepted practice of passing down one's history from generation to generation. The One Seeing Eye seems to have a thread that is found in several tribes on various planets. What is interesting is that these planets are separated by many light years of space. How can something that is so similar be a part of a people's lives that do not appear to be related to one another? Could the stories of the One Seeing Eye been passed along by space travelers? It is said that the One Seeing Eye is the source of all there is. That this entity had the ability to travel from one place to another in the mere blink of an eye. Whatever this One Seeing Eye was, it became the focal point of many tribes' folklores. Much of what has been unearthed about the One Seeing Eye has come from archaeological digs. Paintings like this one have been found on the walls of the village hall gathering places. They are always luminescent and filled with lines of energy and representations of light. Perhaps, just perhaps, these were cosmic solar events that occurred great distances from the inhabitants' planets. Because there were no explanations for these events, it was assumed that these events were spiritual in nature. Then, on the other hand, perhaps there is One Great Cause that makes Itself known from time to time. Perhaps it presents Itself to us in a way that best fits our ability to comprehend the appearance of this power. How interesting. How mysterious. Have we become too scientific and analytical to comprehend our spiritual heritage? We may never know. However, of one thing we are sure, it is worth our efforts to reinvent ourselves so that we may once more know the awe-inspiring presence of the One Seeing Eye. How divine. How simply divine. This is a single flame created in Apophysis 3D Hack. The seed script for this flame is the 3D-Rectangle scry script by Chromotron with some minor tweaks by me. Thank you for stopping by to look at my art. Thank you for your comments on this image and my previous images. I send a most heart felt thank you to those of you who have favored me as an artist or have favored one of my images. This means a lot to me and makes my world a little brighter. May you always live the life you want and want the life you live. I declare this hug hour. It's time to hug your mind, body and spirit. They deserve it and so do you. Namaste. © 2008

Have we become too scientific and analytical to comprehend our spiritual heritage? It seems we have. Thank you for reminding us in such a beautiful way. Beautiful and fine flamework!
