nice shot of this one. They shape the same here but just a little diff on top. The leaves is good to eat just cut the thons off and the starks is good too. roots can be roasted and used like coffee.

Thistles are pure magic. There are so many of them in some many forms but this is a favorite. This is a very good macro with good color and detail.
