Description

Since I already made a "Dark Queen" pic (check my gallery here) is was about time to make a counterpart... ;) Special thanks go to Christel and Sabine for sending me their new character "Vampira" *hugz* Used toolchain: Poser 6/7 -> interPOSER(Ltd/Pro) -> Cinema4D V9.5 XL -> PhotoshopCS3 Edit: Updated the shadows a little bit to reduce the floating effect

OK, this is awesome on so many levels. For starters, the skin tone is just fantastic and gels so well with the rest of the scene. The greys and whites contrast beautifully with the red leaves. And the DOF implies theirs a lot of intricate detail in the background, even though you can quite make it out. This is just fantastic!!

The startling crimson hair and falling leaves sends this into such a surreal place - especially with the subdued coloration of the backdrop and the queen herself. Outstanding image, well-conceived!
