“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.†- Steve Jobs, Apple Inc. RIP

It took me awhile to wander back through your gallery , before I could state that of all of your work , I really like this one best. There is so much depth, almost photographic like. You've always hit on an emotional note, but now M'lady, you bring so much more to the table. I look forward to any of your future works. This is awesome indeed!

I love the pose here, and yeah I've had those sets that just don't want to render. Next time try making some parts of the scene invisible (say everything below the neck), then switch what's invisible or not and make a render of everything below the neck with the partial-render tool thingy. And yes, Firefox is definitely the way to go!

Ah! The welcome to the enlightened age of Mozilla. I'm glad to say, your portrait turned out very well for all the grief you suffered for it. Indeed, I mistook it for a photo when I first laid eyes upon it. Well done.

Gorgeous! It almost has the 1950s allure to it, but I just can't put my finger on it - Excellent work!!

Beautifully done portrait - reminds me of Edith Piaf (I recently saw the film about her life). Her expression is just right!

Damn, Dorothea, you made me cry with this super portrait. Her face, her hair, the inevitable cigarette between those two fingers, even the jewellery she liked... only her eyes were a different colour, dark brown. This is really good. Damn
