Photo by Alex Squirrel baby with eyes now open and exploring now, reminds me of the children's book, 'The Little Engine That Could" Alex sent me a lot of photos of this guy and in many he was holding him and one giving him a kiss but I thought better to give you the natural look in nature (but oh he is so cute and so soft looking, he just steals my heart and again I wonder how someone can hurt an animal) I know squirrels can cause a lot of damage, they have at the house I live in, but still what an amazing creation, how can one resist? *note: he is being helped up the tree* Thanks for looking and previous comments on the baby blue jay, I am so pleased you like these babies:-)and in case you missed Alex's comment below...'he is raised inside and eventually will be set free like his mother was.... hugs alex'
