Description

Captured 1/17/08, very early in the morning, within walking distance of my lair. Considering I just completed a mini series on roses, I didn't mean to drop this one in on you so soon, but I felt it was a wee bit too unique to be left languishing in my database. The original is a beauty, but just for the creative heck of it I applied a minimal-strength crosshatch filter to give the petals a fragile potato chip quality. Thanks for the visit, and have a happiness-inducing hump day!

I love it; the crosshatch was applied just right, not too heavy, not too light. Perfect. And oh what a gorgeous rose!!!

I have to say that over here I think the word 'hump' might have a different meaning to whatever you may mean dear Harry LOL :o)) Now back to your excellent photography, and I cannot resist this beautiful rose, and whatever you did to it, well that suits me just fine, I love it.
