Description

Had a break for a couple of weeks from work and filled my time with a few pic projects. This is the first - a series of Daz renders compiled into a larger scene. The arrows were supposed to look like flaming arrows, but the effect didn't quite come out right.

You must have the patience of 10 saints! I think the most ambitious composite I've done had 7 layers. This is a stupendous effort - the posing and sense of action is great! You're right, the arrows aren't quite right, but they don't take away from the overall impact of the image.

nice to see lots of figures in this dynamic scene. for the flaming arrows, you might want to try showing the flames more than the arrows ? (see the opening scenes of "Gladiator" ?)

Excellent start. Perfect this and we'll all be screaming for lessons. Agree with the comment on the flaming arrows - you should not be able to see the arrowheads at all.

This is a whole lot to digest in just one sitting. The amount of detail you've put into this is staggering. My little computer would self destruct if I went as crazy with renderable objects as you seem to have. A very well done, complex piece of artwork. Fantastic!
