Description

I attempted to make this look like a still from an old 50-60s movie about a boy and his dog.I keep waiting for lassie to come running through the gates. More thanks to Pawel Olas Plugs.

I prefered the colours of the original. But the shadows look very good on this one.

Thanks guys. Everything you see with the exception of the cluods and the hill in the distant background are actual meshes - yes grass leaves, trees and the vine on the fence. They were created using plugins by Pawel Olas. The ground is a displaced quad. The scene uses two area lights, one to affect diffuse and one for specular as well as one light blue fill to light the shadows a bit. Poly count for the scene is about 385000! If I didn't need my machine for another 6 months, I would try one with radiosity...
