Hello!
Not all green and healthy in a forest some usnea has a changing color. I only can guess a cause of this, euther not enough moist the air or simply hading towards the end of the moss cycle. Anyway, I find it interesting as was clinging to the dead driftwood on a ground.
While we in a forest we can hear a sound of the water but we can not see the waterfall, the forest too thick. Not many step left so I think we are close to the waterfall.

I think moss grows on live trees for it takes from the tree too. I not sure guess a google will do it for both of us to see
