Description
Here's another park flower pic. I am not sure about the name of the bush that was blooming but it was covered with these balls of flowers. I think its a hydrangea but I'm not sure. I know I love these and they come in so many colors. My childhood memories are filled with them because my grandmothers house had several outside the kitchen window and during the spring they would bloom in such a wonderful rainbow of colors. Anyway I am rambling, the point is when seeing this flowering bush at the park my thoughts immedeiately went to my grandmother and her house during the springtime.
The flower was origanally greenish yellow, but I changed it to the shade of blue that I remember from my Grandmothers. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did taking it.

You named it perfectly. They come in several colors and alot of that depends on the soil conditions. This is a wonderfully clean shot with good detail and focus. Fantastic macro.

hydrangea is the right name, if the soil is acid they go pinkish purple, if alkaline, this lovely colour, or it may be the other way around LOL...nevertheless..A great capture John!
