very good render.hard thing about janeway is the jaw and lips,on yours the lips look good but the upper could be a litte thinner.the eyes are great but the eye brows need to come down just a eyebrow thikness above the eye.it hard to tell about the jaw,i used a lot of side views to get close.i still redo mine because of a new pic i found.keep at it,you got a good head start.
