The moon is in its orbit and holds it position most delicately. It is filled with the light of universe shining ever so passionately. The moon knows only one thing and that thing is that it can never have its deepest desire. For the moon wished to shine ever so brightly and bring daylight to the inhabitants of the planet below. Oh how cruel fate has been to me said the moon. It does not let me shine upon the planet below and give warmth to those who need it most. As it was their custom, the moon and the sun would meet periodically to have tea. It was during one such meeting that the moon told the sun how he admired the sun so. He told the sun how he wished to have a chance to bring light to the planet below. Making things grow must give you quite a satisfaction said the moon to the sun. Yes, it does, said the sun. However, if truth were known, I wish I were you said the sun. I will never know a night where lovers meet to share their most passionate dreams. I will never know a night where the gaze of the moon floats across a beautiful lake where two star-crossed lovers meet and drink in the view. Then it came to each of them all of a sudden. While each wished they could do what the other has done for years, they finally realized that being who they were was not so bad after all. In fact they were exactly who they should be. They decided that day that they would share their experiences each time they met for tea. In that way for one brief moment, they each had an opportunity to fulfill their dreams. So, the next time we see a solar eclipse, just remember that the sun and moon have met for tea and are now sharing their magnificent stories with one another. You and I are exactly who we should be. We are nothing more and nothing less. We are always perfect, whole and complete. Perhaps we will also meet with the moon and sun one day for tea. How divine.
