Description
Not much I can really say about this one. Taken in the zoo as always, It was set on 374 mm zoom, F/ 5.6, a shutterspeed of 1/500s and an ISO of 400. As you can see I was determined to get this one come what may. I have a few shots of this leopard but non good enough to post or shot. Most of the time they turn out rather...ehhh soft... as they shot from behind glass and in terribly condition.
This time the leopards were in the outside enclosure. Light wasnt to bad and ... the best thing... not many peeps. So I got a real good spot from where to shot. Got a few good shot of which some I will post up in time. Hope you like xx

very nice shot, not at all "obviously zoo", nice low pov also, and he does not look distracted. it would be interesting to know which race of leopard - it is very orange, so maybe Amur ? and the head is very heavy so i think it must be a male. actually, my first reaction was that it was actually a jaguar, since they have very powerful heads, needed for crunching up turtles and cayman, but if you say leopard then leopard it must be 8-)

Sorry wingut... should have said before.... I actually made a mistake here lol. You wuoldnt be able to identify him as a leopard..as he is a Jaguar. lol. Ever so sorry for the mistake lol. Didnt have me head screwed on this morning... gosh.. where is the nearest hole to hide in ??????? xx
