Description

This plant, Lithodora, is a great plant to use in rock gardens and as ground cover or in planters with annuals. There are so few really true blue flowers that I buy this one every time, my fav color:-) If you haven't seen these before, the flowers are about 1/4" in size. Apologies for not commenting yesterday. The maintenance man built flower boxes for me and yesterday he painted them with cherry varnish, had to paint them indoors and the odor gave me quite a 'buzz' followed by a heavy headache. So I was off to bed early and sick half the night but am okay now I think:-) Thanks for looking and for previous comments on the Columbine.

Interesting. I thought the only true blue flower was the Himalayan Poppy. I tried growing some once but you have to start the seeds off in the fridge apparently... it was a failure.
