So, I'll start with this is way better than I could do, so props for that. I put your image side by side with one by Fygomatic, here are my layman observations: The eyes look as though they should be more rounded at the top. Yours are just "slighty" triangular. A maybe a tad lower from the brows The brows are spot on! Maybe a slight perk to the nose After that, I think you have it. Are you using AO on any of your lights or any shaders on the texture? I find that this adds a level of depth and realism. (the GND for V4 texture is a GREAT example of shader use)

It's something with the eyes. After referencing a photo of her it is the upper lids that shape a upside down V that is whats giving her a puppy dog look. In the actual photo her top lid shapes a smooth arch. Other then that it looks great! 5+

While I'm impressed with your skills, if you're trying to duplicate Jessica Alba, your versions eyes look, "sad" for lack of a better word. Hope this helps.
