Description
Captured 5/16/06, somewhere within walking distance of my abode.
With my fingers crossed, I'm sticking my neck way out on the species identification of this lovely flower. If I'm right, I get a light pat on the back; if I'm wrong, it's fifty lashes with a rose thorn branch.

They look like a type of Geranium, but I still give you a pat on the back for this great capture and it's colorful magnificence.

Super cheerful shot, Harry! You're right, most folk call these geraniums,and they are also know as Regal perlagoniums. I can never grow this sort successfully, only the ivy leafed sort.

Another lovely shot. I would say geranium of some type. I had to look at the leaves to see, tho, since blossom is a variation. This looks like a painting with those vibrant colors!
