Born in Santa Cruz California, USA
I have 5 brothers and 1 sister, numerous nieces and nephews. They are living in various parts of the country.
Lived in California all my life
My parents are not full time artists, but have made art. My father works in wood and my mother pursued jewelry and then ceramics in the her earlier years of life.One of my brothers and my sister played music when they were younger.
The town I grew up in is a liberal and artistic town, it is also has a university. Within a day’s drive is SanFrancisco, still further is Southern California, both are major centers for the arts.
I am unmarried
Worked in the hi-tech field for 20 years.
Associates Degree in Art, Emphasis in drawing/ painting
live in the Santa Cruz mountains.
Became interested in art since childhood. I was particularly interested in science fiction type art and nature imagry
I was exposed to nature/outdoors early on in life.
My parents took the family camping every summer, when I was growing up. We went
For several weeks, sometimes we went camping other times of the year as well.
The main thing that lead me to art, is exposure to the beauty of nature and Science fiction.
