Hello! I dont know what this is, but I sneaked into the neigbors garden and took some shots of it, because I think it is so darn beautiful. I thought about exchange it for one of my paintings if they want ;) Yes you may laugh, but the lady likes my paintings very much :) Thanks for stopping by and for yout kind comments to yesterdays post :) Have a wonderful sunday. I woke up to lovely sunshine and s little cold, but now it is cloudy. Still it is peaceful and no wind.

If it was stone I'd say it was part of an old quern ... a stone-age grain grinding 'machine'. If metal, I don't know - but it's certainly very interesting! Mike PS If it is stone, refer it to an archeologist, I'm sure they'd be very interested!

A weight of some sort for sure (I think) either in water or to teather an animal at pasture is my guess. I say the neighbor would be getting quite a deal if she trades. I love your paintings too!
