Description
20080414: My first osprey shots of the year, and they're under the cloud of human carelessness. This poor seahawk has a wingful of fishing line (other views demonstrate a bobber/float dangling from him, and there's a big tuft of feathers twisted up in it) Very sad. Of course, since it was after 4:30pm, I couldn't even contact DNR to see if anything could be done..
