Description

To celebrate my birthday today I decided to use one of my favourite models. This lighthouse is one of three that I modelled in Bryce a few months ago and I had to blow the dust off it in order to use it again. The title came about because when you think about it, lighthouses provide decades of service in protecting ships throughout all weathers. Any comments will be most welcome. Enjoy ... Tony :-)

Very nice modeling, Tony. I think this is your best lighthouse image yet. A great sky really enhances your work here. Nice touch with the seagulls and the Moon.

Happy Birthday to you, Tony. This is another great lighthouse render. Really looks great against the dark sky and that awesome full moon. Yes, they are seagulls lurking about...perhaps the keeper is throwing them some goodies. Like the tilt angle, too. Your modeling work on this lighthouse is really detailed and correctly proportioned.

Tone, what a glorious image this is! I love the slanted perspective. It gives this image a different aspect, a dramatic aspect. I love the lighthouse. I have always been fascinated by them and when I was younger I wanted to live in one. ( What am I saying, I still think it would be awesome to live in one)!
