This image is really great, Linda. Almost like I am sitting in a small boat underneath this tree looking out over the water to that distant terrain you have created. Beautiful light.

It's as if the flowers have bowed their heads in homage to the beautiful scenery. I like the poem about nicknames ... it shows we appear to be different things to different people: some we like, some we don't. Hugs Mike

Love the poem! I've been called so many things. You can't imagine how much one can do with my name. People are coming up with new ones all the time, and I'm almost 50! You and I are Linda Kaye and Tara May. :) I like that, my friend! It's good when poets have names that rhyme. Very nice. Sorry about your aborted render. Yikes! I HATE it when that happens!

When I was a pup of 17 years, I worked on the dock(loading not sea) at a transport depot, in the winter I wore a fur waistcoat that I had made myself, I also wore steel toecaps with a studded sole, but I moved that fast they called me Skippy the Kangaroo. Now I move that slow they would call me Sammy Snail. Sorry to hear the windows update messed up your render. I can imagine how you must feel about Windows just now, I'm sure I would be throwing things. Your substitute picture is a nice on though and the prose is excellent. All in all, superb work. Bravo!!!!!
