Hello and thank you for taking a peek. I started with DAZ Studio a few years ago but quickly shelved it due to frustrations in trying to figure the program out. After a while I started up again, inspired by two of my best friends Aph and Shadowedlegacy (R’osity names). They’ve done a lot of hand holding in that amount of time and soon I was able to start getting these pictures in my head, out onto a media that did them some justice. I’m still no where near Novice level yet and keep trying new things every day. For those of you who have commented with all your help, hints and tips, I deeply appreciate it.

Most my inspiration comes from being an active role player for the last 3 years in Star Wars Galaxy. I go the game 4+ years ago because my husband and brother were playing it and I was hooked ever since…..then I was introduced to role playing…and now look at me. So dang addicting!!! I do dabble in a WoW and am also trying the closed Age of Conan beta so who knows, some inspiration may come from there as well.

Off to the playground with the youngling, thanks again for stopping by!!

The pose and lighting go together so very well in this piece, they really help set the mood. Nice warm tones in this as well. Very well done

Nice mood lighting and great pose! The composition is very nice as the symmetrical positioning of her arms is actually broken up by the non-symmetrical positioning of the legs. 3 things wound make this an even greater piece... set a fall-off for your light so that the leg portion at the bottom falls into darkness focusing you back up towards the face. Dab a healing brush if you have Photoshop on the stray hairs that poked into the face. And if you can't get the lighting in a position were you get a catch light... do like even the professional photographers do.. paint it in :) will make those eyes pop. 5+
