Description

Let me start by saying I have a love/hate relationship with Poser. This picture has been a challenge to make. Every time I try to do this - i.e. work on making the dragons interact with the lady - something would happen and I'd 'lose' the file. Even on this one, I had created the scene, saved it and rendered it. Then Poser acted up and 'wouldn't respond'. When I went back in to pull up the file, the lighting was all black and the figures were back into "0" poses. Sigh. Fortunately, I was still able to export the render that I'd done. And so this is the result. :) I hope you like it. It's been a work of love for sure so it's rather appropriate to call it 'Dragon Love'. I used Poser 6 (obviously) to create this and Photoshop CS3 for the postwork. (Used Bijou character and hair for V4 and the Eastern Dragon for the little dragons. Both from DAZ.)

I've had the same problem with Poser 6. I just switched to Poser 7 and it hasn't happened to me yet ... but, that doesn't mean that it wont' happen in Poser 7 too. The labor was well worth it. Fantastic colors and contrast. Great work.

Poser does that sometimes (not just 6 but 7 too),it really sucks, but your render looks really BEAUTIFUL!!

I hear ya, I've got no ram so my computer slows to a crawl when using more than a couple objects in Poser or Vue. It'll freeze up so I have to click on it and wait 5 mins that it comes back. Really weird but I've gotten used to it, its the price I pay for doing this stuff on a very low end computer. Great pose and attitude for both characters. Tons of colors in this and I like it, the lighting really helps show them off. Very well done

Yes poser 7 @#$* up to!! I had this problem on my last post.and i only had the one render to work with!! any way enoughgh about me already.. I love this image, The colours are absolutley amazing (how you do that)!! A fantastic creation!!
