Description

Meaning of 'the bitter end' To the limit of one's efforts - to the last extremity. I stood, I fought, I tried to win But all is lost, it's the bitter end This is the house that was in my 'Busted! image. Now scheduled for demolition. Aside from challenging the city to use these homes for homeless people, I hope in some small way I am preserving the beauty of its time. *note* all the house's I have shared are scheduled for demolition. Thanks for looking and for previous comments!

Thats sad but sometimes it is cheaper to rebuild than to bring up to code.To me it is sad because O think old houses have so much character

It's truly sad to see such a beautiful house destroyed, Lynn, but thanks for sharing it's final days. They call it progress, I guess.

Bizarre that this house will be demolished : she seems to be in a good shape... I understand your fight for saving this house for homeless people. This is a generous and courageous fight. Sorry that you haven't succed in this ! Have a great WE ! Virginie
