Have you ever noticed there arent too many flowers in blue in nature? well not in my part of the world anyway ..theres a few but yellow red pink purple orange and white are predominate

Blue flowers are my favourites but like you have said they are indeed out-numbered by the dominance of the more common colours. This is a delightful capture, the blue is stunning and the touch of yellow down each centre just adds more to the shot.

I have some Russian Irises that grow in my garden that look like this minus the yellow. They're one of my favorites because of the deep blue. Very beautiful capture of these.

Blue flowers are my favorite, as well. I love blue Salvia, especially as a backdrop to other flowers in a garden...and they last all Summer long. Beautiful capture, Lu.
