After watching for a while I found the flight path this little guy was taken to the feeder and focused on the feeder then pulled over to where I knew he would come in, then waited to hear him coming. He would hover a few seconds before landing. It wasn't always easy finding him in the viewfinder and focusing on him, but I like this one. Thanks for stopping by..Take care:0)bonita

I know from experience that these guys are really difficult to catch, and if i am not mistaken this is the species which is about 2 inches long - if its body kinda bobs around when hovering then i havent missed the mark in identifying it.. but cant for the life of me remember what it is called. Great inflight capture - might have cropped from bottom right to take him off centre...
