Description
During a photo shoot in Hawaii Mike noticed his new assistant. He made arrangements with wardrobe, make up and hair departments to have her made over. After the models had been dismissed for the day, he brought her out. "Now," he said, "relax, yes thats good" the camera a flurry of clicking, "look this way."
