Description

Here is another quickie. I worked a charity fish fry today and then went to work. So its been hectick to say the least. If your wondering the charity benifit was for Children's Hospital located in Little Rock Arkansas. I don't know how much we raised but I know when I was in the cooking area we had cooked over 100 pounds of catfish! Believe me that is a LOT! But anyway good food and a great cause. Oh yeah the picture! Found this little guy behind the house the other day and took his pic. I hope you like and thanks for the comments! Have a GREAT weekend!

xcellent macro John, the colours are astounding, you know this would have made a great colour pop!..a hundred pounds of catfish eh?...that is a lot of cooking, well done for both the effort and the method behind it!
