Description
Besides trying to get a Red Cardinal up close .. this was another little creature that I failed to photograph for over a year .. they scamper around sooo fast all the time and never sit still for too long .. they are either chasing each other or running madly through the woods lol anyway I finally got one :)

I have these creatures running thru my yard, here all Summer long. I put peanuts out fot them and watch them open the shells to get the good part out.

Well worth the wait -- excellent capture! I used to have a couple of them years ago who lived in my woodpile in West Seattle, a source of endless curiosity for my cats watching through the window!
