Description
Thanks to three friends of our Renderosity fractal circle: Yvonne Mous, Ulliroyal and Jock Cooper. Some time ago I played with IFS-Barnsley+Jock III, from jock.ufm, trying to figure out the secret of his �Mechanicals�, but without any success. Then some weeks ago, Yvonne reactivated my interest in this formula. Ulli gave the hint of Jock�s contribution to the Fractal Forum, I missed that one in 2006. There Jock reveals his �mystery� formula in an upr. Of course the greatest honor to Jock, the author of this nice IFS variant, but also the founder of those great �Mechanicals�. My fractal image here is based on the principles given in that upr.
Some post processing with PSP9 has been applied.
