Description

Hi all, Another macro in this short series, another new point of view. Unfortunately, by the time this photo was taken, the light was fading fast, and sensor noise is quite noticeable in the fine details. Nonetheless, I thought this image gave an unusual perspective on things! The subject is a tiny carnivorous plant, a species of sundew - the book in front of me leads me to believe it may be a drosera spatulata, but I can't be sure. Previous image in this series:

Wow! and you see these first hand! They are so beautiful. From the hint in the background it seems there are several. What a fine capture under the circumstances. Well worth the post.
