Nicely done! It's interesting to consider what an advanced design, high tech nightmare the Monitor was. And the Monitor's arrival at Hampton Roads within hours of the CSA's counterpart, just in time to save the Union fleet from destruction-- if a writer had done that in a novel, no one would have believed the lucky coincidence of the timing!
