Description

It starts as a cube. The top face is subdivided and extruded into wild shapes. A building that is just a truss of steel. Between the truss members are only flat glass plates. From the top is suspended a steel roof, and several large spheres. A steel canopy is supported from the bottom. Embedded in the canopy are the habitat modules. I made too much, too many files, too many renders over the weekend! Look out! I'll post more here and on the new page of my website. This image is a mere 3000 instead of 7800 pixels wide at full scale. Despite all the reduction, it comprises the best of the screen captures made during the modeling. The process resulted in may rendered images. I'll try to post the best few 2D ones here over the next few days. Some, like the panorama, cannot be posted here and must be viewed on my website.
