Description

Whenever I visit a city, if there is a baseball game being played, I buy tickets in advance. On my trip to Seattle and Vancouver, I bought tickets to see the Seattle Mariners play the Los Angeles Angels at Safeco Field. I was fortunate that it started to rain and the dome had to be closed in the middle of the game. It takes 6 minutes for the dome to be closed at Safeco. I was able to produce two panoramas of the field using Autostitch as shown here. All photos taken with a Casio Exilm EX-Z75 (7.2 Mega-pixel) digital camera. Enjoy!

That's progress I guess. I remember when the field was covered or nor covered and the "opening" was limited to a sunroof type of thing in the very top. :-) Very interesting shot and the panos are done very well!

Wow - rain in Seattle? How lucky was THAT? LOL! :) I'm glad you got to see the roof close. Great pictures, both of them. It's a totally different feel! I haven't been down there yet. Nice shots!
