PLACE: Copenhagen, Denmark
Last of the cities to survive the Ragnarok (Faith of the Gods) was dying behind its protective walls, the ruling class refused to recognize this and kept people from leaving the city.
The only way to get out of the city was through the abandoned Metro system, although sealed off years before Kira managed to get into the tunnels, hoping they truly would be a way out.
