The material of the chesspieces needs more work

It looks like you have luminesity on the pieces. You should probably decrease it, or turn it off completely. Unless these pieces are the size of oak trees, there shouldn't be that many lines across them. The modeling is pritty good. I hope this helps. I just thought of something. I could be a material other then wood for the pieces. I'm stupid. Just in case it's suppost to be wood, then refer to my preivious comment. Oh yeah, I like the texturing on the board. I also like the fact that it's correct in it's re-enactment of a chess game. The king really is dead, he has no where to go, and his queen had been stolen from him some time back. I got next game.
