Description

The Last Leaf Just one alone and what a lovely ride Just gliding down and sliding down Isn't it a lovely ride? Can you feel the breeze that carries me To my final destiny? The softness as it blows through your hair? This simple image nearly ate my lunch yesterday and today, so I'm behind in comments but will try to catch up soon. Thank you all kindly for your views and comments on this and my previous images. They are all so appreciated and inspirational. Have a wonderful and creative day or night, wherever you may be. Reminds me of an earlier poem of mine [not posted yet] Clinging on while cell by cell the palisades are built Clinging on when windy stresses test the joint Clinging on for autumn leaves never fall: they're pushed. Mike

Very simple in design but gives a huge impact along with your prose...almost a surreal inspiration.

To all who mentioned the sky, it is sky from Vue, one of the GR ones, no extra clouds added. Water is the 'water' in the glass library. Thanks for the comments folks, on this simple image. I tried to add a tree and rock in the foreground, but fought the textures for a full day. Hence the frustration with this render.
