Magnificent scale in this, Klaus. The huge trees, tiny people and the road just lead the viewer right into the scene. Beautiful and excellent capture! Glad I stayed up late!

I do not know how did you achieve this interesting texture on all these trees, especially the ones in the foreground, but it looks very interesting. The road itself invites to a nice long walk through this forest. Super photograph!

Superb! This sort of walk is wonderful on a sunny day, but I find very tall trees quite oppressive when it's dark, cold and wet!
