This is a bit of an update. From humble beginnings my photography is steadily improving.I started out with a Kodak point and shoot camera and progressed to a Sony A-200 Digital SLR camera.Other equipment that i currently have is the following: Tamron 70-300mm lens. Christo - I'm not knowledgeable on 3D at all but what I see is that there is quite a bit of tidying up to do around the edges. But it's very cute!! xx

Pixels need to be fixed up around the edges of the squirrel, easiest to do with a mask. I think if you continue to work with what you have and build a background to go with the scene it could look cool. Might not be a bad idea to make some of your own grass to go in front of the little guy. You have a good concept, now just take it further.

You are definitely on the right track. My one tip would be to use about a 3 pixel feather mask when cutting out the squirrel. It gives it a softer more realistic look. Great job.
