Everything is early this year, Easter, Pentecost, except spring. But here it is! Amelanchier, also known as shadbush, sugarplum, and wild-plum,, is a genus of about 20 species of small deciduous trees and large shrubs in the family Rosaceae. For me a wonderful spring messenger. For fellow citizens of the area where I live, tommorow the wonderful flowershow on wheels in the bulb-area.
