Description

Hi guys, Another long weekend on the Yorke Peninsula (sorry Odessey), I grabbed this beautiful sunset at Point Victoria. It was tricky because the rain was heavy and unpredictable. I didnt want to get the camera wet or slip in the mud - nearly did go on my a** at one stage ha ha One thing thats great about photography for me is the reward you get after going through (and over) all sorts of obstacles to get a shot you are really pleased with in the end. Awesome stuff Cheers guys! -Michael 400D with 17-40mm 3 exposures Compiled in Photomatrix Levels in Photoshop

Love the sky, the foreground seems a bit washed out tho - especially as it goes round to the right seems detail is actually lost rather than gained there... Nicely composed and well worth the risk :)
