Here is another photo of the same dandelion from yesterday. I came back a few hours later and tried it again with new light and different settings. Which one do you think is more effective? Thanks for visiting and for all the comments.

Hard to say which is "more" effective as they are each in their own right good shots. But if I were really pressed to choose only one it would be your second. I find the cropping more visually interesting. : )

Both good and you used a different angle and approach, but I would put my vote towards a yesterday shot. Just love the full circle a way surround a flower base.
