Description
I had to play again. look in the back ground and you see a boy with a pin head and a big head man and some ladys. I mess with they heads too. I just playing here and it means nothing on these people. I donot know them. I know the girl on the phone. When you talking on the phone the world around you goes by with out you noteing what going on.
I would have took more photos of her but the cop in a golf cart came up to me and horn the horn for me to move. the cop coould easy went around me but wanted me to move out the way. I was the only one in the road and the road was blocked off so people could walk. The other reason which the cop did not say a word to me was to stop takeing photos of people with out them looking. I got that on my own. I not dumb. The cop just wanted the girl to turn so to see me takeing photos of her. The joke is on the cop; she knew me.

Nice candid shot of your friend Jocko. Its a sensitive issue over here in the UK, People don't understand the photo enthusiast, sometimes you get looked at in a paranoid way if taking candid street scene shots.

What intimidating arrogance and hubris! You had every right to photograph anything and everything just as long as it doesn't involve national or local security. Did you report the cop to the proper authorities for violating your civil rights? Nice shot, Jock, of the model who probably got a nasty sunburn at the end of the day.

Sovereignty can make a contest out of the smallest right of way. I have told some ladys when they asked me where I live that I live where my feet are planted. It's part of the right of national citizenship and trumps what ever emergency arises in the mind of the locals. I reserve the right to avoid dodge or distance myself from whatever authority wishes to use the space I am standing without prejudice and without sirens. I tolerate no footropes or constraints.
