Description

This is a project I started in August 2006, I was looking at escher's artwork at the time and thought I would try and create an escher style render, I created the model and never got around to doing a proper render and it ended up being archived. I speant about 40-50 hours creating the textures for it and about 10 hours experimenting with lighting and about another 10 putting characters in it, it's finished for now:) I hope you like it, thanks for looking and for any comments. I've used lots of DAZ robots and creatures in the scene, aswell as outfits from Xurge, with motif textures.

Having done a version of this myself. I know what a challenge it can be. I do have to complement you on a great job. But you left out my favorite part. The man sitting on the bench reading the book.

Worth all that effort! A superb render and a great Escher composition!

Brilliant interpretation! Showed this to my younger son, who is a keen Escher fan, and he is mightily impressed.
